Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship out the same business day. If a product becomes out of stock or if deemed necessary shipping may take 5-7 business days.
Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day or in 5-7 business days depnding on the product ordered at the time.
Tracking information is sent to your email once the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier service, customs processing, or unforeseen delays.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import compliance within their country.
If a shipment is refused, delayed, or confiscated by customs, no refund or replacement will be issued.
